Hi,Is there anyone around who has a little knowledge about Krober rev. counters ?
I was given an electronic Krober counter for use on my GT500 cafe racer. The counter stems from a Guzzi, with a max of 8000 revs/min, so could be near perfect. Problem is, the Guzzi very probably gives one spark for two crank turns, while my GT gives two sparks per crank revolution.
Now I'm wondering if it is possible to make the counter work different. On the back of the counter housing, there are four possible inputs for leads. One of them should go to the output of the CDI unit, the other to mass. I assume that by using different inputs, the counter will work different. But which of them should I use ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
