plastic swing arm bushings? Posted by cappy on 6/11/2001, 12:35 pm 207.238.197.10 I pressed out my swingarm bushings last night on my 72' & 75' T500. One set were made out of steel (cast iron?) and the other plastic! What were these guys thinking? Anyway I have measured the bushing with my mics and am getting ready to make new ones out of AMPCO 18 bronze. I also found some very close in size from BOSTON GEAR. I ordered a set so I could see if they would work. If so I will follow up with their part number and price. Responses: Try this Cappy.
