In the UK, Piper Exhausts did them for Suzi and Kawa triples (it may have been the same pipe for both models ...) and in the US I *think* (but I'm not sure) it was Kerker.
Haven't got any pics to hand, but if you're in the UK it's 99.5% certain to be a Piper. These are also ear-splittingly loud -- they make modern sportsbikes, even with aftermarket end cans, sound civilised.
