Thanks for the info Phil. I hope this is not the cause of my problem as well. It is not my bike. The owner did say that ever since the barrels were ported it has'nt run right. he claims a reputable local shop did the work ( now closed). I'm going to try fiddling with the carbs a bit more ( thanks H2Rick) and one more try at a primary compression leak down test (I had trouble with my intake plugs durring the last test). If all else fails I will pull the barrels and make some measurments. what you describe is what I'm fearing (the owner dosent have alot of $$$) Oh, well.....
