Cal was killed on a TR500. The bike locked up at the end of the straight and he slid into a crash barrier. Unfortunately the crash barrier was a 44 gallon drum full of water. Not much give in that. Tragically Cal, one of the nicest men in racing was killed. I have a picture of the TR500 he was riding somewhere.
