I ordered some bulk air filter foam (UNI brand) from Dennis Kirk for my T500 filter, the previous owner had used what looks like house insulation. The foam that I got was black and coarse and didn't match the picture in the catalogue. The picture showed blue foam that looks pretty dense. What I got was black and has a pretty large sized pore diameter (you can see through it and could push a pin through it without puncturing the material). The product numbers, however, match. I'll bet some of you guys use bulk UNI foam on your stock filters. Did I get the right stuff? Thanks.
