The Phaser was built in the early 1980s as a Cibie publicity machine. Using a 6 cylinder Kawasaki engine the Phasar is a mean machine. Taken to Melbourne Australia this machine was damaged running over a large kerb but is reportedly now under-going restoration after being saved from an Insurance Company wrecking yard.
